if i'm being honest we are still in the bowels of winter in massachusetts and i did not wear this out of my house today.  but i'm so tired of having to wear 100 layers and then the gigantic down jacket that goes to my ankles everyday.   plus this crushed velvet leotard was gifted to me by sadie who runs the beautifully curated etsy store sadieDELUXE.   i think we all know how much i love a good leotard so obviously it's very quickly becoming one of my favorite things.

so far it's not much to speak of.  we have one bed and one dresser.   but im hopeful that with some thrift store luck and time it will all come together.  for valentine's day leonard brought me some yellow roses and then we sat in the bathtub all night long drinking beers.

it's been awhile

im pretty notorious for disappearing in the winter time for no reason at all, but this time, i have an excuse.

i was in south carolina on a buying trip for most of january and then as soon as i got back leonard and i moved into our first place together!  it's been wonderful and exhausting and after almost two weeks we are just now getting everything unpacked and put in its place.  its starting to feel like a home.
