happy halloween all!  the lovely folks over at kork-ease graciously sent me three pairs of shoes to style.  and since new england was bombarded with a snowstorm this weekend i thought i'd use this opportunity to throw a few outfits together that show how i make the transition from fall to winter.  if it were up to me, winter would never come, but it's here and at least i have these shoes to lift my spirits!

last night

as you know i'm not much of a food blogger but i've been trying to teach myself how to use a fancy camera and artichokes look like flowers to me so here is what we had for dinner last night.  don't worry i'm still into clothes and stuff!  to prove it here is a bonus picture of my new favorite necklace and an expensive fashion magazine that i like.  dinner was delicious but you should know that it does leave quite a mess.  if you're anything like us then there will be butter, breadcrumbs, and artichoke leaves all over the coffee table where you ate dinner while watching pawn stars on tv.
