being a girl in a big city

(photos by caroline)

we have just arrived home, exhausted and disheveled from the chinabus, but still in good spirits from an all together wondeful weekend.  my boyfriend gets an award for being so incredibly good and hospitable not just to me, but to my best friend as well.   he even made us beef stew and biscuits last night for sunday supper!  i saw many friends i haven't seen in way too long, we ate well, we shopped, we danced, and we went to the museum.  having caroline there plus all that other stuff makes for a pretty good ny weekend in my book.

wow, can I just say two things,
one: both you and your friend have just about the best heads of hair I've seen! Truly!
two: when you said "disheveled from the chinabus" I really read "cannibus" and giggled to myself for way too long.

sounds like a really succesful trip! I'm glad to see someone else is in the boat of dating a dark haired, bearded boy who wears band t shirts of dark scary bands like Napalm Death (that's what it says right?)

hahahahaha oh my god, thats about the best thing i ever heard!

and yes, it does say napalm death (i think)!

I love that sweater too, its cashmere! But unfortunately I thrifted it, and there isn't a tag on it, so I don't know where it originally came from.
