on long distance love

(strapless black velvet bow dress: thrifted at salvo today!)

well i'm happy to be back in my tiny and very messy apartment.  i had a lovely holiday but it's always nice to come home where i can look at the internet til my eyeballs bleed without everybody knowing about it.  we ate a lot of turkey and squash and mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie with ice cream and it was so good to be with leonard for more than just a few days.  we are a long distance couple so we rarely have more than just the weekend to be together.  in case you have never done that, it means for the most part you are in a relationship with your cell phone.  it also means that you have to say goodbye too much.  its not so bad though because we are nine months old now but we still never take each other for granted.

I would die for that dress, you find the most amazing things!

I'm sorry about being in a long distance relationship, I don't think me and my boyfriend could ever do that!

I understand what you mean... I'm in Paris and my boyfriend in London, it's quite annoying but thank god we've got the Eurostar! By the way that dress is to die for, so cute!

I know how you feel, my boyfriends away at university so I only see him every 2/3 weeks, I feel like he's just a voice on the phone most of the time! But its true you don't take each other for granted which is great.

Oooh, I've had to do the long distance thing. It definitely forces you to remember why you like each other so much.
